Teletrans is a private ground transportation company which was born in 2004. With the SEO optimized pages now up on the site the off page optimization is beginning. Initial off page strategy includes citation building as well as an intensive blogging effort. These high quality blogs will be syndicated to Tumblr, WordPress, Blogger, and Weebly.

Each month of the SEO implementation will be monitored and carefully tracked.  Monthly reporting will be conducted with the clients to keep them informed of the progress we are making. Key metrics that will be measured include rankings, links, organic visits and leads from organic visitors.

Search Engine Optimization Strategies and Defined Personas

WSI was retained by Fremont Investment Group, LLC , a real estate investment company which helps home owners who need to sell their home quickly through their website “We Buy Your Austin Home”, to increase their leads with search engine optimization strategies. The architecture of the new site was optimized for researched and defined personas. Once the sites launched, on page SEO was started with extensive keyword research.  

The new SEO web pages were published on the website and the technical audit of these pages was completed to make sure all required SEO elements for the best possible optimization is correct. In addition, all web pages have the fundamental SEO in place including unique meta descriptions and relevant page titles. Now we are beginning the off page phase of the project.  WSI copywriters will be writing relevant posts for the blog accounts created at Tumblr, Blogger , WordPress, and Weebly. In addition, local social business pages (Google + Business, Facebook Business, LinkedIn Business), will be claimed, verified and fully completed with information about the company and the local office in Austin, Texas. 

Each month, WSI will be analyzing the progress made on the key performance indicators (KPIs) of the SEO on page and off page implementation.  These KPIs include the number of links to the new SEO pages, the rankings of these pages, the number of organic visitors to these pages, and the number of conversions.  Monthly reporting will be conducted with the owners of the Fremont Investment Group, LLC to keep them informed of the progress we are making.

Increasing new lead flow

Comfort Control is one of the Austin areas leading HVAC and Electrical Contractor companies.  Based in Dripping Springs, Texas, they serve both residential and commercial customers with high quality HVAC repair and electrical services.

As a means of increasing their new lead flow, Comfort Control engaged WSI to optimize their web site for 5 primary keywords.  The first step in this project was on-page optimization involving the creation of 4 new SEO landing pages. 

The 4 pages were implemented on the site by the end of February, and in March we moved into the off-page optimization phase.  This phase involves the creation of unique original content about the types of services that they provide such as air conditioning installation, heating system repair, residential and commercial electrical wiring.  This content will then be posted on company specific blogs on WordPress, Blogger, Tumblr, and the company’s Google+ page.  These blogs will help build page authority for the new SEO pages by linking to them.

At the conclusion of the off-page part of the program, we expect Comfort Control will have a steady flow of new leads from searchers looking for a top-notch HVAC service company.
